Marketing Department

 

The marketing committee does outreach for public relations through partnerships, sponsorships, communities, organizations, and businesses through social media. Within the marketing committee, there are several teams that closely interact and collaborate with each other. The marketing department is composed of the advertisement team, branding team, and publicity team.

Advertisement Team

Advertisement department members focus on marketing our content including videos and articles. Through analyzing the viewer proportion analytics, the advertisement members are able to track the amount of likes, comments, and reposts, and utilize this information in order to increase viewer interaction. The members should also have a general understanding of many different social media platforms such as Instagram reels, and Youtube Shorts.

 
 
 

Publicity Team

Publicity team members focus on boosting audience engagement with our content. They should create visually appealing graphics on topics related to AmSTEA that properly convey the information. They also create meaningful posts to advertise our videos and articles and write humorous or intriguing captions for each post. These members collaborate with different departments to coordinate posts and make adjustments on posts as needed. They need artistically talented people for merchandise designs and website maintenance.

 
 
 

Branding Team

Our team is responsible for promoting AmSTEA as a credible brand. Branding members focus on marketing the organization itself, which could be achieved through building our team's character and ensuring a consistent aesthetic/style for our content. Producing vlogs with the video production department and taking team photos are all expected. They also collaborate with the vice president to help garner more support and new members.
